Location
Sanomed is located at Mc Intyre Place, Picton St, Parow, Cape Town, 7500.
SanoMed has convienient street parking right before the entrance. If this is taken, you can find parking around the street corner at Picton St, Parow, Cape Town, 7500. If you’d like to park behind a closed gate, please let Admin know well in advance.
Yes, we have What’s App Doc where we do virtual text, phone and video call consultations over WhatsApp, so you don’t have to go anywhere for quality health care!

We typically take walk-ins from 10AM – 1PM, but it is advisable that you book your appointment prior to pitching to ensure the doctor has an opening to see you. Please message or call 067 833 7176 or 021 919 4116 to make an appointment.

We take our time with our patients, but we try to keep waiting times without appointment under 30 minutes and waiting times with appointments under 10 minutes.
SanoMed is not a pharmacy, but does have medication on hand that can be dispensed if it was prescribed by your doctor. This medication can be purchased with your consultation.
SanoMed does not have scanning equiptment at this stage, but can provide a referral letter if needed.

We offer a whole host of consultations, both in person and online. We also dispense medication (when available) and administer scripts, sick notes and referral letters. Please visit our Services page for a full list of services.
SanoMed’s core hours is 10AM-1PM from Monday – Saturday. (Closed Sundays). Later appointments can be made with prior notice.
We are open every Saturdays from 10AM – 1PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Yes, we treat patients of all ages. Please note our doctors are General Practitioners / Primary Care Practitioners and not Paediatricians.
Yes. SanoMed recently launched What’s App Doc where you can book virtual consultations. Choose between WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calls or WhatsApp video calls. Scripts will be provided electronically.
We don’t usually do house visits, but we can make an exception if it suits our schedule and you are situated not too far from our practice.
Payment
Consultations with script R370.
Consultations with medication dispensed is R470.
Consultations with script for students and pensioners R330.

Yes, SanoMed accepts cash payment. Please note, cash is not kept on premesis.
Yes, SanoMed has a card machine.
Our prices are so low that it seems we are always running a special, but we do run dedicated specials, so keep an eye on our Facebook page. We always give pensioners and students (with accompanying pensioners cards/student cards) additional discounts.
